How It All Works

1. Pick Your Print

We have an ever growing range of animals to choose from, ensuring there is something to please all preferences and nursery styles.

Our prints are available in both A4 and A3 sizes, and on either Paper or canvas.

Generally A4 suits babies ~0-6 months old, while A3 fits babies up to ~5 years!

2. Add Footprints

Using mess-free ink pads or water-based paint, simply add your baby's footprints to complete the artwork.

Our mess-free ink pads are designed to keep little feet clean. The ink sits on one side of a protective film, while your baby's foot presses on the other. As you gently press down, the film transfers the footprint onto the paper without any ink touching your baby's skin.

3. Frame & Enjoy

Once your artwork is completely dry, it's ready to display and treasure for years to come. Our magnetic wooden hangers make framing simple - just place the artwork between the magnetic bars at the top and bottom, and it's ready to hang.

Our paper prints are designed to fit standard A3 and A4 frames, giving you plenty of display options. For canvas prints, we recommend our magnetic wooden hangers, as the canvas dimensions are slightly wider and shorter than standard frame sizes.

Whether displayed in a nursery, gifted to grandparents, or enjoyed in your family home, your finished keepsake will serve as a beautiful reminder of just how tiny they once were.

Want To Use Paint?

This video shows the process of using water based paint.

  1. Gently apply paint to the whole underside of the foot including toes
  2. Press down gently but firmly, ensuring you also push the toes down
  3. Gently lift the foot, you may need to hold the print down if it sticks
  4. Wash the foot straight away with a wet cloth

*Quick Tip* Make sure to do a test footprint or two on spare paper first, to work out how much paint to apply and the best technique!

Real Examples

Which Size Should You Get?

A4 prints generally fits babies up to ~6 months, but we usually suggest A3 for babies older than ~3 months. This age group usually fit the small ink pads as well.

A3 prints can be used for babies from 0 - 5+ years and our large ink pads fit babies up to around ~24 months old.
